  • We take a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% due one month before the date of the activity.

  • Yes, the minimum for a group activity is 10 people and the maximum number is 20 people.

  • No, as long as it remains within the 10-20 people minimum and maximum range. Final numbers are to be confirmed and paid for one month before the activity.

  • We keep going as much as we can. We ask everyone to wear weather-appropriate clothing. Extreme weather conditions will be discussed nearer the time.

  • Yes, we have toilets facilities available on site.

  • No, but we have a lovely Farm Shop on the neighboring farm, as well as a local pub which is walking distance from Church Farm.

  • No!

  • Of course. We have some fancy dresses available, as we love seeing the checked shirts and flat caps!
