
Terms and Conditions
By booking or participating in our Sheep Herding activity, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The other 50% is due 1 month before the scheduled activity date
Payment can be made online via BACS bank transfer or by prior arrangement.
A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Customer:
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 14 days and 31 days (1 month) before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the activity are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Us:
In the event we must cancel (e.g., due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
3. Group Size
Minimum and maximum participant numbers may apply.
Standard group size is between 6 and 20 participants. Larger groups may be accommodated with prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to combine smaller groups into a single session.
4. Wet Weather Policy
The activity will proceed in most weather conditions, including rain.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor conditions.
In the event of severe or dangerous weather (e.g., lightning, high winds, or flooding), we may postpone or cancel the session for safety. In such cases, participants will be offered the chance to reschedule or receive a refund.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry to the activity without refund, as this disrupts the session for others.
We are unable to extend sessions to accommodate late arrivals.
6. Alcohol and Substance Use
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the activity.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone suspected of being intoxicated, with no refund given.
Alcohol is not permitted on site during the activity.
7. Safety and Conduct
All participants must follow the instructions given by our staff and handlers at all times.
Sheep herding involves live animals. Participants must act responsibly and respectfully to ensure the safety of the animals, themselves, and others.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, unsafe, or acting inappropriately.
8. Liability
Participants take part in the activity at their own risk.
We accept no liability for personal injury or loss/damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues at the time of booking.
9. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or videos during the activity for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know in advance.
